Pakistan Cricket Board announced the pick order and held live coverage for the PSL Draft pick 2025 in Dec 2025. The teams already announced their retained players list after trades in chosen categories. The 10th edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) is set to begin in February 2025. In the first round of the Platinium category, Multan Sultan will kick off proceedings, followed by Karachi Kings, Quetta Gladiators, and Peshawar Zalmi. After that, Quetta Gladiators will have a chance to make another pick.
In the second round of the Platinium Category, picks will begin with Lahore Qalandars, followed by Islamabad United and Karachi Kings, and they will benefit from back-to-back selections. PSL 10 Relegation Requests
Before the draft, the Pakistan Cricket Board gave some time and allowed all six franchises to make use of relegation requests so that all franchise owners could easily decide which player wanted to stay with the team for the upcoming season. If a player’s performance is not good regarding the last PSL season, the team can talk to the player to lower their status, but the player and the team need to be sure and finalized.
Before the PSL 2025 draft event this year, Islamabad United, Lahore Qalandars, and Karachi Kings have each relegated one player before the draft. The following players are selected after successful relegations for the PSL 10 draft 2025.
