The gold category is the third highest-paid player of the HBL PSL 2025 draft. Each franchise can pick a maximum of three players from the Gold category, although Lahore Qalandars got an additional pick in the replacement round of the HBL PSL draft. In this category, a player will have a maximum salary of USD 50,000 (Approx PKR 1.4 crore, INR 42 Lac ).

Each franchise can pick 3 players from the platinum category. The salary range for this category is 130,000 to 170,000 USD ( Approx PKR 36 lac -47 lac ). David Miller will get 130000 USD, and Rilee Rossouw will get 150,000 USD.
